This one looks right up my alley. I have a friend who's tried it out and can attest it's as good as it sounds!
As a variation I'm thinking of making stuffing from garlic bread and fresh basil, and ground spicy sausage.
I only use Carmelita's Pork Chorizo as it has a very different flavor and consistency than beef and other brands I've tried.
Clarified butter is always best for the dipping!
