Yes, Outback Steakhouse does have a kids menu called the "Joey Menu" (after the name of baby kangaroos - get it?)
I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Buena Park, CA and the kids menu consisted of 6 or 7 different options, and was only available for kids under 10.
Overall, it's a pretty good deal because you can get a Sundae for $1.99 and it comes with a drink too. In fact most of the prices were reasonable, even the adult menu...
And the kids enjoyed the Aussie theme and finished their entire meal, so I'd give Outback Steakhouse a second go for sure.
