You can eat any food that has one (or more) of the following:

Garlic, berries, tomatoes, cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower), green tea, whole grains, turmeric, leafy green vegetables (like spinach and lettuce), grapes, and beans.

Hey, I used to have a friend who has cancer and like most people would think, there is no way to cure it once you're diagnosed with it. I disagree though but first of all, I would like to share some possible foods that help prevent cancer:

- Peanuts and peanut butter: It is rich in vitamin E, which reduces the risk of stomach, colon, lung, liver as well as other types of cancers. Basically, it keeps your cells strong!

- Sweet potatoes: It is rich in beta-carotene mainly which reduces the risk of breast, stomach, colon, lung cancer mainly.

- Wild Salmon: It is rich in vitamin D which helps prevent blockage of the development of your blood vessels and growth of cancer cells.

- Turmeric: It is rich in curcumin which helps prevent cancer by interfering with aspects of cellular signaling.

I would also suggest to move your body everyday, engage in some sport activities (running, yoga, cycling etc...) combining cardio and strength training.  Try and eat local and stick to natural food as much as possible (avoid all the processed and premade foods you find in the supermarket).

Now, I disagree that cancer is incurable as I have found something which helped my friend get over his cancer illness: Natural Cancer Remedies

Good luck!

If your family has a heavy history of cancer, look into going vegan. The answers above are all spot on. Going vegan will reduce or eliminate all risks of YOU getting cancer. Eating animal protein will only feed the cancer. I quit eating animal meat as a chef just over a year ago. I had pains in both my legs, hips and sometimes back due to overeating animal proteins which contains harmful acids, toxins to the human body.

Now I'm a vegan chef, feeling a lot better(no more pains) and stronger! If you are serious about your health, you need to cook your own food. There are lots of  awesome way to eat the right healthy, healthy foods without losing your favorite foods :) Cheers!
