You could try the paleo diet. It has been invented by scientists of food and nutrition department spending thousand of dollars. It will -

1.Burn fat and keep it off

2.Slow down the ageing process.

3.Improve your digestion.

4.Increase energy.

5.Better immune system response.

and so on.

When it comes to food I always love it...!!
But eating too much unhealthy food make you fat. Sometime I just can not live without Food cause I am fooodddyyy person. Few months back I stopped eating unhealthy food & took guidance of my friend who is gym instructor. Here are few things she told me to eat to loose weight.
- Eat more fruits, Green Salad, Vegetables etc.
- Daily Drink Green tea that reduces the extra amount of fats in body.
- Eat low Calories food
- Eat oats
- If possible skip one time meal, take fruits instead if you really want to see result asap.
- Light Food that digests easily & Avoid eating Non-Veg, cause it increases the fat in body.
- Do have a little exercise.
- Power Yoga helped me to reduce the fat & I am little slim now. Only because of Yoga .

Meh...You don't want to take anything like (pills, etc) as they are all fads and only work because of the placebo effect which makes you eat less Thus what really brings you to weight loss...... which is calorific deficit.

Lean proteins should be at the top of your list.  Protein has the highest thermic effect meaning it takes the most energy to digest.

So include chicken, turkey, fish etc with each meal.

Healthy oils are also great for helping fight hunger.  Use oils like olive oil and cooking oil.

You can also speed up your metabolism by cooking with the right spices.  Try black pepper, tumeric, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, and chili powder.

If you get creative you can make some killer recipes.

I do a few things:

1. Keep my calories low within normal range
2. Keep my body alkaline...An acidic body will keep weight on you
3. Drink clean water. Bottle water and tap water can keep you looking fat.
4. I drink coffee, a vitamin, green tea extract and a organic turmeric supplement. Organic turmeric works wonders. It not only aids in weight loss but help in many other ways.
