The most amazing thing i've ever eaten would have top be a lobster roll from the clam shack in Kennebunkport Maine. If you've never had one, you must. It is so simple yet it's so delicious. The price is a bit steep but it's worth every single penny. Along with their homemade lemonade it's a complete meal. My family used to vacation up there and it was a tradition that our first meal upon arriving was to head to the Clam Shack (:
Fish and chips with Halibut ! Sooo good! I'm sure us Yanks can't get what the English do and I've eaten fish and chips there but these are just outstanding ! Halibut makes all the difference.
Because I've been trying to eat healthier by cutting out sweets and processed foods, my taste buds were really acute the other day. I had decided to allow myself a donut that day. It was a blueberry cake donut from Shipleys. It just melted in my mouth it was so good. Although my dad had one as well and didn't appreciate how sweet it was. But to me it tasted like heaven. Thumbs up for blueberry cake donuts!!!
