Explain the similarities and differences between a Milanesa and a Milanesa Napolitana?

Milanesa napolitana is essentially a regular Milanesa, but with ham, tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese on top.

They both contain the a breaded meat cutlet as the main part of the dish though - so there's you're similarities right there.

Despite having an Italian name, both dishes actually originate from South America (they seem to be super popular in Argentina).
