Like Darling Divaa said, I was going to suggest portion control. I know that big portions have definitely played a role in my current weight, which isn't too bad, but I could reduce them, which would help me to get to a healthier weight. There might be some foods you're eating that have sugar and other bad things in that you don't know about, or maybe it's something else, like you eat healthily but then have fizzy drinks or binge a bit at the weekends. The healthiest way to eat is little and often. Good luck :)
