I mostly drink water or tea. If you like the carbonation, drink what I call water pop! Fizzy flavored water, no calories and not bad for you!
Honestly ? NO ! Neither are good for you, drink water and keep your body clean. Can't remember how many years it's been since I had a Coke. Drink water ! Good for you!
I don't drink either any more, but I am team diet coke and always have been!
Health-wise or taste-wise? I have a preference to Diet coke when I drink soda in general. If you're a heavy pop-drinker, which I am not, regular coke can make you still feel thirsty because of the sugar.
I have had many previous coca-cola fans tell me that is why they switched to diet. I personally just like Diet Coke better!
Though I have gone through trials of both in parts of my life and with none soda at all-----I honestly, could live without either. But I know that is never going to happen! 😉
Neither are good for you .. Each are bad in their own way.
