I'm pretty sure that when you get your gallbladder out, they give you a list of foods that you cannot eat. So I would advise you to speak to your doctor about this.
Are you allowed to eat shrimp after you have your gallbladder removed?
I would avoid fried shrimp, but grilled shrimp should be fine. You want to avoid greasy foods.
