Electricity/ Power out/off 15 hours. Can I still eat my Cheesecake? This is not a joke!

Why not, as long as it was frozen before, or still cold. Just start eating out of your fridge and freezer. If anything is room temperature instead of being a little cold, dump it. Hope your power comes on soon!

Its not a joke. My electricity whole complex lost power for 15 hours. 6am to 9pm.

Sorry, I misunderstood. If you didn't open the door more than once or twice while the power was off you should be OK.

Wouldn't it be a bit...limp? If so dump it. You should have had it in the first 4 hours.

That's terrible Jan about your electricity and your food all ruined . I wonder if you boiled the eggs you could east them that way throughout the week and cook any and all meat now .

Eggs you can check to see of they are still good. Put them in a container that you can cover them with water. If they float they are bad, if not they are still good.
