Mrs Didge likes my self-crusting quiche best but I can't claim to have any special dish. Most of what I cook is pretty tasty.
Currently, I'm making apple butter. You name it, I can probably cook it...even if I've never made it. I just have a knack for it.....and yes, you may have some!
I've made Venison Sausage and spicy lentil stew a couple of times recently, slow cooked. It was very tasty indeed.
On a more prosaic note, I make a jolly good Mac and Cheese - no matter how much I make (and I seem now to be making bucketloads) everyone always wants more.
I make my great aunt's lasagne really well. It tastes just like hers. Having that lasagne as a child at Christmas was a happy time. I'm glad that I can make it just like she did.
Yes, you are more than welcome to come over and enjoy some. I'll go throw together a green salad and garlic bread too. Maybe a Strawberry pie for dessert.
Im making tacos today come on by
Taco salad, but I'm all taco'ed out for the moment.
I can't cook, I don't have the patience to cook and I don't have a pot, pan or skillet.
I can whip up a mean pot of boiled water.
Most of my dishes are to die for..... You know, either the person dies from my horrible cooking OR my food has been known to commit suicide before! Yah I am THAT gifted at cooking! LOL! Maybe I shouldn't have answered this question!
My favorite meal to make is Dragonfly's crock pot chicken and I make it awesomely good. For desert, I make Tiger's pineapple angel food cake. Next week, I'll be making Tiger's cobbler. I've never made the cobbler before but I'm sure it will be my new favorite.
My two specialties are apple pie and Strawberry cheesecake.
Pavlova. It's easier than everyone thinks it is to make.
