My most favorite ones are Vanilla and Chocolate which are unique as well! But in your answer, i'd say Coffee flavor! It's really good tho!
Guinness flavored ice cream. I love beer, but this was weird. Another one was Lavender and cardamom. Weird flower ice cream.....Nope.

The most unique flavor of ice cream I ever ate was actually some ice cream I made myself, when I was about twenty years old - in other words, more than fifty years ago now...
And that was the time I made avocado ice cream.
