Hippy's famous chicken quesidillas
Dice up two boneless chicken breasts, saute till done.
Add 2-10 oz cans of Mexican tomatoes w/chili peppers.
2-tsp Taco seasoning
1-tsp Cumin powder
1-tsp Lipton onion soup mix
Little bit of water
Cook for about 10 minutes.
In a clean fry pan, place a flour tortilla, add chicken mixture on half of tortilla, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese (your choice). Fold over tortilla and fry on both sides.
Pig out.
