I have seen it called a Caña de Naranja in Spanish, which basically means Orange Cane.  That's how it was translated from the story El Zahir in Borges's short story collection El Aleph.  I have some brandy sitting around and some OJ so I'll have to give it a try - a drink a day keeps the doctor away... So I guess doubly so with a little Vitamin C added to the mix.

A Fuzzy Navel is Orange Juice and Peach Schnapps. Add some vodka and you have a Hairy Navel. Fuzzy refers to the peach and navel refers to the orange.
