I can give you a simple and quick to make recipe to make beef rib eye roast. This dish is called a Royal rib eye roast. You need 1 beef rib eye roast about 4 lbs, ¼ cup prepared mustard, ½ table spoon pepper and garlic salt to taste. To prepare the dish, mix the mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir well until it turns into a smooth mixture. Place the beef rib eye roast in a roasting pan; rub the mixture on top of the roast, fat side up. Roast the meat for about 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350 degree oven or until the inside temperature of the roast reaches 140 degrees. The roast can be served with partly cooked potatoes and some greens.

Preheat the oven to 450 F or about 250 C degrees. Put the meat in a roasting pan, bone side down, fat side up, until it comes to room temperature. Rub the roast with salt and pepper. Roast 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F degrees and cook, until when a fork is inserted, the juices run clear. Or get a meat thermometer, the the internal temperature should reach 125F degrees for rare to medium rare.

3) Remove the roast and let rest at least 10 minutes before carving. you can, make gravy in the same pan, after pouring off most of the fat.
