I Would Like To Cook A Beef Tenderloin On My New Rotisserie For Mother's Day. Last Time My Husband Tried To Use The Rotisserie, The Meat Was Burnt And Too Well Done. Any Suggestions? I Will Probably Get A 5lb Roast.

Cook it in low for about 3 hours.

My experience is because a tenderloin is long (not like a rolled roast) you should not cook it on a per pound basis. I would reduce the time by at least 30 to 40%)
