There are 16 ounces in a pint, not 20.

Although there are supposed to be 16 oz in a pint, whiskey is often bottled & sold in 375 ml containers. So when you ask the clerk for a pint of your favorite whiskey, you are probably getting shorted by about 100 ml. Or approximately 3 shots. It's things like this that make a person drink.

Yes, that is true, and there should be a law in the truth in advertising that covers us from being cheated but I have never heard of a soul who tried or is trying to fight it. I may be the first one, I plan to see a lawyer this coming week.

1 pint of whiskey is equal to both,
16 oz, and 16 fl oz.

There are 20 fluid ounces in one pint. Whiskey or water, it makes no difference

9  ounces r in a pit of whiskey. But I need more information of how many ounces does a whiskey have  because  I don´t have a lot of information.
