Metabolism
It is the set of chemical reactions that takes place in body cells that covert the food into energy. These processes allow cells to reproduce continuously, react to their environment and maintain their structures in healthy manner. Metabolism is a continuous process that begins when living being come into life and stops when living thing dies.
Citrus Fruits:
The fruits that seed up the metabolisms and help flush fat out of your system are commonly citrus fruits like, grapefruit, oranges, lemons, limes and tangerines which contain high concentrations of ascorbic acid also called Vitamin C which has a fat burning quality and increase one's metabolism.
Ascorbic acid reduces the fat. It helps in reducing fat by liquefying or diluting it. By liquefying the fat, fat become less effective, and can easily flush out of the body.
Fresh Fruit, Berries, and Apples
Apples contain pectin (cell walls) which is also found in berries, and fresh fruit. Pectin limits the amount of fat one's cells can absorb. Pectin as a water binding property, it soaks up watery substances, and these watery substances in turn attack the cells and release fat deposit. An apple a day can help keep the fat away.
