The following are some fruit sources of Vitamin K and E:

Vitamin K:

Plums
Avocados
Kiwi
Cantaloupe
Blueberries (They contain everything good, it seems!!)
Peaches
Apricots
Bananas
Apples

However, the best source are not fruits but rather dark green leafy vegetables like kale, spinach, broccoli, collard greens and asparagus.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is found most in vegetable oils (e.g. Corn, soybean) and their products. Whole grains may also provide some Vitamin E. However, I will still list a few fruits that contain a little vitamin E.

Apples
Bananas
Kiwi
Blackberries
