There only the fruit that contain vitamin E, I don't know about veggies.
The best sources of vitamin E are dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds, avocado, shellfish, olive oil, fish, broccoli, pumpkin, fruits. Actually, it's essential to have blood test regularly ot keep track of vitamin levels. Personally, I take many vitamins on a daily basis and I buy them from Canadian Pharmacy only. Just consult a nutritionist to get some recommendations.
