Go foods are carbohydrates and give you energy eg cerals
Glow foods are rich in vitimans such as fruits and veges that give you healthy hair, eyes, skin and immune system
Grow foods help you grow give you strong bones and muscles and are rich in proteins eg meat, milk, cheese etc

Go foods are rich in carbohydrates, grow foods are rich in protein and glow foods are rich in vitamins..  I hope it helped you.

There are more than 3 food groups, but important is fruits and vegetable, protein, as in dairy or meat, and of course fibre in wheat, breads etc. All in moderation, 4 good meals a day, it is okay to snack at bedtime, it depends on what you snack on as well, exercise
