Almost all types of Beer contain Sulfur but in a compound form. They are found along with hop compounds that are culpable in beer skunking. As a beer is exposed to light, it creates a reaction that transforms iso-alpha-acids into 3-methyl-2-butene-1-thiol, where thiol stands for sulfur.
