Yes, dizziness, vomiting and fainting are the symptoms caused by low potassium level in the body. The person keeps on suffering from all or one of these problems until the potassium level is restored in the body.

Yes. Bannanas are good sources of dietary potassium. Don't eat too many or you'll have other issues. But a bannana or two may help if your a little low.

I have high blood pressure, I had a blood test on yesterday and it was determined that my potassium is low.  Could that be the cause of this first time dizziness?
