Hard cheeses with sharp flavors. Blue cheese is nice too. Figs are a great addition to a cheese plate as are red pears. Crusty bread with olive oil. And even better, put all these on a plate and enjoy each. You can even add a few walnuts.

Baked brie bowtie pasta with pesto is also a wonderful addition.

Any kind of white cheese goes well with Red Wine. Cut into slices and paired up with some salty crackers or crusty bread and you have some great snacks to go along with the grapes. I suggest Edam or Gruyere cheese which are nice and readily available. How about some smoked almonds too.
