Well, it is high in sodium and has some fat. My rule is to not eat anything over 10% fat by calories. To figure it out you would take the number of fat calories over how many calories oer serving. For example 2% milk is 44 calories fromfat and a total of 137 calories. So it would be 44 divided by 137 is 32. So the 2% milk is 32% fat and unhealthy. Another thing to look at is how much proetein there is for the amount of calories.
