Vitamins are natural substances found in food that are necessary to keep your body healthy. The term vitamin does not include other essential nutrients such as dietary minerals, essential fatty acids, or essential amino acids, nor does it encompass the large number of other nutrients that promote health but are otherwise required less often.

Minerals are  natural substances in some foods that you need for good health, for example iron and calcium.

Vitamin D is not a mineral.

All vitamins are organic including vitamin D. And minerals are not organic at all so I don't  think that Vitamin D is a mineral.
