Usually bacon will come from the store by the pound but maybe more so it will be dependent on the amount you bought total. Next count the number of slices in the package. Now divide the number of ounces of total weight by the number of slices and you have the average weight per slice in your package. Seeing as slices vary depending on manufacturer, style of bacon, and other such factors it is hard to give a better answer. (but I'm guessing about 1oz per slice, pre-cooked weight).
