Have You Ever Had Eggs Benedict?
Eggs Benedict are great...and not as hard as most people think to make. You can make hollandaise sauce in a blender and most people never know the difference. Also a hint for poached eggs...vinegar in your water. Add a tablespoon and it causes the whites of the egg to pull together and gives you a nice clean poached egg.
I might have had it, but sometimes I forget things. I am pretty sure I did though.
Yep, I have had that. I love it. I can poach my eggs, I have problems making the hollandaise sauce, so I only have that when I go out for breakfast.

I don't care for poached eggs... I prefer them scrambled... I suppose I could cheat and put hollandaise sauce on them huh? Ummm.. Maybe not...
