I have 2 favorite cocktails. I like drinking cocktails as they are far less likely to cause bloating than ameretto and coke or malibu and lemonade, or even a lager for example.
My first favorite is a maitai
This is made from:
- Light rum, Dark rum, Gold rum
- Pineapple Juice (optional to make it a long drink)
- Cointreau
- Orgeat
- Lime juice
It is really nice to have after dinner even, but mainly good for nights out.
In contrast to this I also like a really dairy filled cocktail. Different bars call this by different names, Most commonly known as the Screaming Orgasm.
The ingredients for this are:
- Vodka
- Baileys
- Kahlua
- Amaretto
- Cream
- Chocolate Powder
With this cocktail you can hardly notice the taste of the alcohol as it just tastes like a chocolatey milk-shake. These were my number one favorite until I found out that each cocktail has 300 calories in it, that is as many as a double choc-chip muffin!! Unfortunately, so is the maitai, so I guess that alcohol is definitely an enemy of any diet.
