I have fond memories of my first donut from Dunkin' Donuts... Nothing fancy, it was a tasty Boston Cream!
This one and a vanilla cake with vanilla icing, and rainbow sprinkles.
Hot straight out of the frier glazed with black coffee is the best breakfast since capn cruncy was hung from the yardarm
These, big fluffy donuts that look like farm tractor tires. I could eat a dozen with a big cup of coffee.

Haven't had a Donut in years but I was always partial to glazed donuts myself.
Back in the day we would go out dancing and drinking and closing the bars down at 3 am. On the way home we passed a Krispy Kreme that was open 24 hours. You could get still warm glazed donuts. They are SO MUCH BETTER when they are that fresh! About 15 years ago we moved a few blocks from another Krispy Kreme. If you went in during the early morning rush you could get them warm. Thank God it was the opposite direction of what I needed to go to get to work, or I would have been as huge as a house!
Glazed but I do not eat doughnuts much :)
