Does yogurt have potassium in it?

Yes it does ! A 6 once serving of yogurt has between 260 and 435 mg's of Potassium. It's considered a high potassium source.

What if I only eat 4 ounces? Does the potassium sink to the bottom of the cup, so I don't eat any potassium?

Really. Just checked the label on my yoghurt, and it did not list potassium. Am I buying inferior yoghurt?
