Soggy, I let my soak in milk about 5 minutes before I start eating it.

Crunchy. The less milk, the better.
As I mostly eat Chex cereals, I like them crunchy ! Seems like they taste better that way ! Love to eat them right out of the box !

One of my favorite cereals is Raisin Bran Crunch. When the bran flakes get soggy I say, "bleh." I like crunchy cereal!
Definitely crunchy. It tastes so much better.
