Yep, I'm a pizza lover! I like mine rather simple....pepperoni, cheese, and banana peppers! Or...spinach cheese garlic and tomato! But I'll eat almost any pizza, nix the ham, pineapple, and anchovies though!
Any pizza lovers? Do you have a good pizza crust recipe? I like thick, thin and everything in between. Also, do you have a Chicago Deep Dish recipe? I've never had it or made it. Love to try.
I'm a fanatical pizza lover to the nth degree but I must confess, I've never made my own pizza. (hanging head in shame) I just find it to be too easy to just order one, answer my door and pig out.
Two good people to answer this for you are Ancient Hippy or Cookie Roma as I know she makes her own deep dish pizzas. Hopefully she'll come on today and share with you. Me? I buy the pre-made stuff from Trader Joe's ! LOL
