I use bacon in a broccoli salad, I also make brussel sprouts with onion and bacon, and in my baked beans.....I like it when I have the rare scrambled eggs for breakfast!
I was watching Food Paradise and have you seen all the ways people make things with bacon? What's your favorite?
My favorite is just plain ol' fried bacon. I did make something good for the superbowl though. I cut up some string cheese wrapped it in bacon and deep fried in on medium heat. I saw it on Facebook. I don't remember what they called it but I calld it a coronary on a toothpick. And it was delicious!
