Medium rare. I like red meat, I don't need to see blood....

Much to the horror of EVERY chef (and my husband)....I like it well done. It's how I grew up having it and it feels like home to me. Pass the A1 sauce !!!
Mine has to be well....well done, no pink meat for me!
