I have a coworker who eats hard boiled eggs with yellow mustard. How do you eat your hard boiled eggs?

I never liked them. If I did like them I would probably eat them with paprika powder.

I shake a little salt and pepper on them. I love 'em.

I have two hard boiled eggs for breakfast every work day and I like them with soy sauce .

I eat them chopped up or sliced in a salad.

Oh...my real favorite is pickled eggs, you use small eggs and put 'em with little beets and they take on the color, with yolks still yellow... that's so beautiful.
