30 jumping jacks ,20 pushup burpees , 30 second break 20 jumping Jack's , 20 pushup burpees . Will repeating this set 5 times a set help me lose weight fast? I have a daily intake of ~1900 cal , I weigh 231lbs

There are factors we don't know.  How tall are you?  Also calories count but not all calories are equal. For example:  If you eat a 400 calorie piece of chocolate...........or............you ate 400 calories of lightly steamed broccoli, do you imagine these 400 calories act the same in your body?

Thing is, that exercise regiment isn't really going to burn much at all.

You didn't gain weight fast, so you aren't going to lose it fast. Doing this exercise routine will help you lose weight along with a well portioned and balanced diet. Any exercise will help. Walking more will help. Move and eat right and the weight will come off at a healthy pace.
