30 jumping jacks ,20 pushup burpees , 30 second break 20 jumping Jack's , 20 pushup burpees . Will repeating this set 5 times a set help me lose weight fast? I have a daily intake of ~1900 cal , I weigh 231lbs
You didn't gain weight fast, so you aren't going to lose it fast. Doing this exercise routine will help you lose weight along with a well portioned and balanced diet. Any exercise will help. Walking more will help. Move and eat right and the weight will come off at a healthy pace.
