LOL all day, hourly. Whenever I'm hungry or not. That being said I don't know. LOL

Hi, I wish I could. Medical and mental issues, keep me from eating health and sensible.

It's bad for me since I lost 40 pounds in the last few months which dropped my weight to 130 pounds at 6'1. I'm now 144 pounds at 6'2. Still not enough weight but I'm trying to keep it up.

I usually do eat a full three. I'm at that period in my life where I can eat as much as I want and not gain a single pound :)

Since I worry about my weight even though I'm not overweight I generally eat anywhere form 2-3 to sometimes only one meal a day. I like to fast so I skip breakfast. On the weekends I like to skip breakfast and lunch and only eat dinner. Might try to do that during the school days as well.

It's almost always just one meal for me. Usually dinner on the weekends, with a snack or two in the middle of the day, or, because of school, just lunch with a snack after school on weekdays.

Usually beer fills me up and I'm not that hungry and I plan on having a few at the VFW hall today but normally ? I try to eat three meals a day and not snack too very often. Usually my meals keep me full enough to stay away from junk food. I'm much older now but much more fit than many men my age.

I try to have from 2 to 4 meals. Mostly these are 2-3, surely. And several quick meals. Like a sandwich with my favorite red caviar. In a word, it is even very useful for our body. The first thing here is increasing in hemoglobin level. That is one of the most important for people.
