Usually 1 or 2 meals a day.
The usual three, and I try not to eat between snacks.

LOL all day, hourly. Whenever I'm hungry or not. That being said I don't know. LOL
I eat a big breakfast, little or no lunch and a nice home cooked dinner.

Usually beer fills me up and I'm not that hungry and I plan on having a few at the VFW hall today but normally ? I try to eat three meals a day and not snack too very often. Usually my meals keep me full enough to stay away from junk food. I'm much older now but much more fit than many men my age.

I try to have from 2 to 4 meals. Mostly these are 2-3, surely. And several quick meals. Like a sandwich with my favorite red caviar. In a word, it is even very useful for our body. The first thing here is increasing in hemoglobin level. That is one of the most important for people.
