No. It's good for you. It has a rich source of bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids enhance the absorbtionof vitamin c, and the 2 should be taken together. The body cannot produce bioflavonoids, so they must be supplied in the diet. Bioflavonoids are used extensively in the treatment of athletic injuries because they relieve pain, bumps, and bruises. They're work with vit c to protectand preserve capillaires. They also have an antibacterial effect and promote circulation, stimulate bile production, lower cholesterol levels and treat and prevent cataracts. Now, the white stuff just beneqt the peel of cirtrus fruits also contains other useful substances, but bioflavonoids is the most common one.

Its really good for you! If you eat the white parts it helps make your heart very very strong! And if your heart is strong youll be really really healthy!!

No.  Not sure where the question comes from.  I've known people who even eat the orange peel itself.  Although I wouldn't recommend it.  It doesn't taste good and has a lot of citric acid.
