If you have a thick one, I would say about 30 minutes on 300, it will bleed in the middle if not cooked through, if it is thinner, then about 20 or 25 minutes, same thing about bleeding, it will bleed clear if it is cooked through, and you can put what seasonings on it that you like, I use pepper, parsley, minced onion, and garlic and a little aujus, but most people don't cook with that for a pork steak.
