First, puree the apples using either a mixer, or a grater. If you use a mixer, be sure to cut the apples into pieces and shaking the mixer while mixing the apples. Once you have turned the apples into puree, take a kitchen towel or other piece of fabric and put it over a container/box, so that it's center is in the container. Now put all of the puree in the middle of the towel inside the container. Now fold the towel and twist it and squeeze it with your hands over the container so that all the liquid, apple juice will drip/pour into the container. To extract the first amount of liquid, it is advisable to form the towel into a "balloon" like shape and twist the end of the "balloon". To extract the last amount of liquid, it is advisable to put the now rather dry puree like a string across the towel, then roll the towel into a roll around the string and twist the towel like you would do wen you want to remove water from a wet towel. Good luck!

Making fresh apple juice at home is a great way to take care of your health. Moreover if you make your own apple juice it will be 100% pure juice without any additives such as sugar which is not too great for the health. Apple juice can be a rich source of vitamin C and Vitamin A that are both essential for good health. If you wish to extract juice from apples, please give them enough time to ripen and become softer. This will definitely make it easier for you to extract the juice and also give a good flavor. Also it is advisable to juice the apple with the peel on it such that all the nutrients from the peel gets into the juice. The apple peel is a source of Vitamin a which does not get to the juice is the apple is peeled before juicing. Also the apple should be washed thoroughly before juicing as they are generally covered with a thin layer of wax to retain the moisture inside it.
To make sure that the apple juice does not turn brown, some lemon juice should be added to the apple juice.
