What Is The Best Time To Eat Lunch Is It From11am-1pm Or From 1pm-2pm?
Never. I'm fat. I'm trying to lose weight.
My lunch time is at noon, as I think to have it at 11 am is too early and have it at 2 pm is too late, so normally I have it around 12 to 1 pm.

As the other Guest says, it depends on the time you eat breakfast. It also depends on the dining culture of your neighbors. For example, in the States I would favor an early lunch and easily find a place to eat by 11 am. But here in India, the prime time for lunch is later, typically 1 pm to 2 pm.
