First: Decide what types of candy you want to use.
Second: Buy those materials
Third: Lay out all of the things that you are going to use in different groups. EX: Huts, Keep, mote, motte, bailey.
Fourth: Start by making the motte, then the keep, then the bridge, then the bailey and so on. Tip, do the little bits last., and icing helps stick it together.
Fifth: When you are done put it in the freezer so it gets hard and will stick together better.
