Can I Make Whip Cream Using 2% Milk?

No it wont get thick no matter how long you beat it

I myself have tried butter might help or work( probably not ) but whisking just makes it warm and personally gross. If you wanted it for coffee I suggest: Getting a cup and filling it 3/4 full of milk(cold) and getting spoonfuls of sugar( depends on how sweet you like yours ) and dumping into cup and stirring until no sugar has settled to the bottom. Let chill in fridge for 3 or so minutes to ensure it is cold. Then you have "sweet milk" as I call it, ready to pour into coffee. The rest is o.k to place into fridge for later use. I think this is a quick and easy way to make a thin ( and cheap ) substitute for cream. Me and my mom love it! I recommend for anyone who loves sweet coffee and doesn't like to buy cream! :)
