Shower with warm water with alcohol free body wash really soothing and pleasurable especially when your not getting any during pregnancy =)
Drink plenty of water. Have a glassful every hour if you can. It will wash it out of your system and in a couple of days the itching will stop. Any moisturiser you have handy, rubbed on your legs, will help soothe where you have probably scratched yourself raw. And maybe you should give red wine a miss in future?
