Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Tho body needs to utilize energy from this food to fuel everything from your metabolism to your daily activities.

It is important to start providing your body with healthy energy early in the day. Eating average size meals at regular intervals is good to keep your blood sugar levels from spiking or dropping and it will help to normalize your metabolism, so start with breakfast whenever possible.

Sometimes, when people skip meals, they find that breakfast is the easiest to skip. This is not advised, and if cutting calories, break up your food supply among three meals, so that you can include breakfast.

To get energy and be healthy, also if we don't eat it/breakfast ywe won't feel/be energetic also we won't feel good

Because you need energy to start the day. If you skip breakfast that means you haven't eaten for approx. 8 hours. That's a long time without food.
