350 for 60 min.
350 degrees... Not 220... That wont ever cook it!
Just over 100 degrees Celsius, say 220 Fahrenheit.
It will cook at either temp...as long as you have the time. My favorites are brisket (in bag) cooked overnight at 220 for 9 hours...AND...Pot roast (stovetop) at just enough heat to boil the liquid at the bottom...Always use a good tight cast Iron dutch oven for this one.
