It really depends on how you want it to turn out. You can slow cook it for hours on 250 degrees, or you can cook it faster at 325 for about 2 hours. You have to remember to baste it though, you can add a little water, or a little apple cider to the pan, never dry cook a ham, and baste about every 1/2 hour. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
