I found one here which looks nice. It also uses cider which I know is lovely with ham - in fact you might like to try just cider and brown sugar (especially Demerara) another time.

My own tip - I always cook ham longer and at a lower heat than recipes usually say. If it's cooked in liquid it won't dry out, and it's lovely when really tender. Hope you enjoy your meal!
