It is a matter of taste but I use 1 tablespoon per cup.
A tablespoon of coffee weighs approx 14 grams.
1 pound weighs approx 454 grams.
454/14 = approx 32 teaspoons per pound or 32 cups.
If 20% get refills you will need 120 teaspoons or 3.75 or better yet 4 pounds of coffee (just in case 20% was low).

Note all weights are US and all are approximate.

I see that the answer is already given. So, maybe my additional information will be useful to you. When it comes to making coffee an appliance used for this should be undoubtedly high-quality. Unfortunately, lots of coffee grinders aren't decent enough. But I was pleasantly surprised by Baratza Virtuoso Plus into which I bumped recently. This grinder follows high standards and at the same time, it's easy to use. I recommend taking a look at it if you are in search of a decent appliance.
